This company is Old School unheard of honesty ….unused shingles returned to place of purchase gave me revised bill with amount credited plus my calls were always answered no matter how small the concerns were …. A hand written thank you card a true art long forgotten oh yes the job was done with updates and pictures all the way on the repairs i highly recommend this company to the ones of us that love being treated with respect and care thank you !!!!

I highly highly recommend Ristow Roofing! We needed a new roof and Bob made the entire process so easy and stress free for us! Their entire team is amazing!! They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They exceeded our expectations, we love our new roof and will send anyone we know that needs work done straight to them!

My wife and I highly recommend Ristow Roofing for your roofing needs here in North Port and the surrounding area. As a former Chamber Director for a small rural community, I reached out to the North Port Chamber for recommendations of local roofers. We had agreed that we would get at least 3 estimates with the goal of finding one within our community. Needless to say, Ristow Roofing was the one we chose. From start to finish, Bob and his team were exceptional, from the estimate to the signing of a contract, scheduling, and the actual installation of our metal roof, the entire process was virtually seamless. The customer service and communication was excellent, the quality of the materials used and the workmanship was top notch. Importantly, the quoted price was well within our budget and surprisingly lower than what we expected. With the lack of severe weather and hurricanes this year, the cost of roofing materials has declined and competition for roofing jobs has significantly lowered prices. Conservatively, we estimated we saved at least $8K - $10K from what homeowners in our area paid just a year ago! So if you’re thinking about a new roof or upgrading to a metal roof, now is the time. From the first time we met Robert had excellent communication skills. He was friendly, professional & appeared to be very honest. After having several other quotes he contacted us with a very fair estimate. The product was in line, actually higher quality than other companies & his credentials & certifications checked out. The paperwork came fast was ez to fulfill & start date was in short order. The entire team from start to finish did meticulous work. They were attentive, hard working & respected our property. I never write reviews but this time I certainly will. I will also say that I am very picky about who does work on my house. Rislow impressed me from the first visit. While I have contacted a dozen roofing companies, Robert is the only one hat took the time to really talk and explain things to me. Also one of the only ones to actually climb on the roof and not just give me a satellite quote. In doing this he also noticed issues that needed to be addressed and did not show on any satellite view. It didn't end there. Bob or his associate were on the job site everyday there was work done and some days just to check up. Very impressive. I am so happy with my new roof.

Ristow Roofing LLC is a great company to put a new roof on your house. They are knowledgeable of all materials and experienced have experience with all roofing materials. Where specific knowledge is required for certain roofs, they have trained installation crews for your specific roofing. They are always available to answer any questions you may have and return inquiries quickly. You can’t go wrong with Ristow Roofing.

If i could give 10 stars I would! We just had our roof replaced by Ristow and I was honestly blown away by how smooth the process went. Bob and his team are true professionals! Project Manager was onsite to oversee the process. I would definitely recommend Ristow!

Process from start to finish, dealing with HOA and neighbors along the way wasn’t easy but Ristow Roofing owner Bob supported us from afar. We are not permanent residents yet and required new roof to replace existing, so chaotic but Ristow Roofing LLC made it possible to get the property back to normal and insurance coverage’s requirements. Talk about communication night and day, it never failed because owner was up for the challenge of dealing with owners from out of state and the time zone differences. This metal roof is amazing and the workmanship shows how much they care for you investing in a roof that you’ll never have to replace in your lifetime. Hopefully not. Thank Bob and crew!

Bob and his crew did a terrific job on installing our roof. They started and completed the job in the time Bob had promised. The workmanship is excellent. The crew did a good job of cleaning up as they worked. Also either Bob or Dave was on the job sight to answer any questions we had. We would definitely use Ristow Builders again.

I was trying to sell my brother's house and learned I needed a new roof. Bob at Ristow roofing gave me a quote within a day and finished the job earlier than promised. I was given aerial photographs during the project and communicated with many times! During the process of selecting material I had a conflict with the HOA and Ristow found a solution that the HOA was happy with and didn't make me wait 6-8 months for materials as was the case with the tile roof I was replacing. Our roof ending up being stone coated metal-looks just like tile and has a superb warranty. I highly recommend Ristow if you want a superb quality roof, within the time frame promised and excellent customer service!

An absolute Godsend to my family! ❤️❤️ I live in North Port and they walked in our life a year after Ian, saw a need, and a leaky roof, and made it happen for us! He and Melanie were delightful to work with and 100% comforting though the entire process! They even pressure washed afterwards !!! The crew was so diligent about picking up nails from my yard (we have kids and animals). I was so impressed by the workmanship, quickness, & compassion for humanity. I love my new roof ! 💯 You can’t go wrong with Ristow Builds !

The day after hurricane Ian I called Bob Ristow and he came over the next day and put patches on my new roof that he had installed two months before the hurricane. The damage to my new roof was extensive due to a direct hit from a nextdoor neighbors roof landing on it. Bob spoke to my adjuster and told him about my damage and my check was in the mail in 30 days and Ristow Builds did a beautiful and complete job, I even asked him to replace my lani roof. I have recommended him to dozen people and they love his work and his prices because he seems to genuinely cares and likes what he does

Awesome reroof system. Bob made multiple trips to go over things before signing. Gave us a time line and stuck too it even with permitting delays by city. A few gutters got dings in them from install, replaced all gutters even tho 9' got dinged. Awesome job and if i could give them a higher rating i would. (I am doing this review for a real good friend, i watched over the job for my friend. I am a Sr Project Manager at one of the largest roofing companies in Fort Myers and am giving Bob a awesome job well done review)

Great roofer! Started on a Friday, finished on a Tuesday before lunch! The crew cleaned up everything. So happy with the service. I see roofs that have been started in my street weeks ago that are still not done. Just call Bob and get it done right!

This is an EXCELLENT roofing company. They came in August 2022 and was able to put on a completely new roof in a few days. The quality is top notch and the guys were polite and professional. They cleaned up when they left and you could not tell that they had been there. No NAILS left! 5 Star for Bob and his crew. Highly Recommended.

I had been looking for a roofer in the Cahokia area and received several bids that had seemed quite until reaching out to the team of Ristow Builds. The response was time was unbelievable and the quote was extremely reasonable. Bob and his team were basically done with our job in one day and it was really cool getting the aerial photo updates from from his team showing the progress. If you are looking for a good honest team look no further.
