Bob and his crew did a terrific job on installing our roof. They started and completed the job in the time Bob had promised. The workmanship is excellent. The crew did a good job of cleaning up as they worked. Also either Bob or Dave was on the job sight to answer any questions we had. We would definitely use Ristow Builders again.

I was trying to sell my brother's house and learned I needed a new roof. Bob at Ristow roofing gave me a quote within a day and finished the job earlier than promised. I was given aerial photographs during the project and communicated with many times! During the process of selecting material I had a conflict with the HOA and Ristow found a solution that the HOA was happy with and didn't make me wait 6-8 months for materials as was the case with the tile roof I was replacing. Our roof ending up being stone coated metal-looks just like tile and has a superb warranty. I highly recommend Ristow if you want a superb quality roof, within the time frame promised and excellent customer service!

An absolute Godsend to my family! ❤️❤️ I live in North Port and they walked in our life a year after Ian, saw a need, and a leaky roof, and made it happen for us! He and Melanie were delightful to work with and 100% comforting though the entire process! They even pressure washed afterwards !!! The crew was so diligent about picking up nails from my yard (we have kids and animals). I was so impressed by the workmanship, quickness, & compassion for humanity. I love my new roof ! 💯 You can’t go wrong with Ristow Builds !

The day after hurricane Ian I called Bob Ristow and he came over the next day and put patches on my new roof that he had installed two months before the hurricane. The damage to my new roof was extensive due to a direct hit from a nextdoor neighbors roof landing on it. Bob spoke to my adjuster and told him about my damage and my check was in the mail in 30 days and Ristow Builds did a beautiful and complete job, I even asked him to replace my lani roof. I have recommended him to dozen people and they love his work and his prices because he seems to genuinely cares and likes what he does

Awesome reroof system. Bob made multiple trips to go over things before signing. Gave us a time line and stuck too it even with permitting delays by city. A few gutters got dings in them from install, replaced all gutters even tho 9' got dinged. Awesome job and if i could give them a higher rating i would. (I am doing this review for a real good friend, i watched over the job for my friend. I am a Sr Project Manager at one of the largest roofing companies in Fort Myers and am giving Bob a awesome job well done review)

Great roofer! Started on a Friday, finished on a Tuesday before lunch! The crew cleaned up everything. So happy with the service. I see roofs that have been started in my street weeks ago that are still not done. Just call Bob and get it done right!

This is an EXCELLENT roofing company. They came in August 2022 and was able to put on a completely new roof in a few days. The quality is top notch and the guys were polite and professional. They cleaned up when they left and you could not tell that they had been there. No NAILS left! 5 Star for Bob and his crew. Highly Recommended.

I had been looking for a roofer in the Cahokia area and received several bids that had seemed quite until reaching out to the team of Ristow Builds. The response was time was unbelievable and the quote was extremely reasonable. Bob and his team were basically done with our job in one day and it was really cool getting the aerial photo updates from from his team showing the progress. If you are looking for a good honest team look no further.

We had a leaky roof and needed a new ceiling on an outdoor porch. Bob has worked in our neighborhood before and the quality of his work was outstanding and professional. We received the same result. Fast and efficient but excellent attention to detail. Well priced but used high quality materials. Would highly recommend his services to others.

Excellent experience with Ristow Builds, before and after the job. Bob was very responsive, working with our insurance adjuster to make sure they were aware of, and covered all the damage to our roof, gutters, and interior ceilings. Once the claim was approved, the work was scheduled quickly. The crew arrived early on the job and were very professional. Despite that our roof isn’t exactly a small job, they were able to finish it in one day, calling in extra help later in the afternoon and working until dusk to complete it. We have had no leaks or issues with the roof since, and the house looks great. Highly recommended, and would happily work with them again.

Top quality fair price on time great communication

I hired Bob from Ristow Builds to assist with installing gutter guards on my home. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, Bob was extremely responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Bob is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He provided multiple options for gutter guards and educated me on why one option might be better than the other. Bob also cleaned out my gutters prior to installing the gutter guards. In regards to cost, Bob was far and away more competitive than anyone other company I contacted for a quote. He came in at more than 50% less than what another local company quoted me at for the exact same service. My neighbor across the street also hired Ristow Builds to assist with a new roof. This is where I was first introduced to Bob. My neighbor was also extremely happy with Bob’s work. If you are looking for someone who will do quality work at a competitive price, Bob and Ristow Builds is the right choice for you.

Bob was truly a pleasure to work with. He was honest and told you like it was. He didn't try to fluff up numbers and accommodated us as best as he could. He also had gen. contractor experience so not only did he help us out with a new roof but also was a great consultant for other home repairs. Would highly recommend. His aerial/drone photos were a nice bonus too ;)

If you want an expert Ristow Builds is your answer! No sales job, no upcharge...nothing. Handled my insurance company without issue and I didn't need to do anything except shake hands and thank them. They came in, told me what they were going to do and performed the job in one day. Couldn't even tell that there was someone at my house working until I came home and saw a brand new roof. Bob was amazing throughout the process! I have never dealt with a contractor that was so professional and prompt. He worked to get my entire roof replaced when insurance only wanted to replace front half!

Quality work from Ristow Builds! His attention to detail and using quality roofing products made getting the roof done an easy process. His crew was courteous and made sure the yard was spotless when they were done.

Cannot say enough positive things about Bob Ristow / Ristow Builds. Spoke to Bob about a roof replacement, which was completed with all manner of professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness! Not to mention the tremendous ease of just working with him and the great value he provided. Prior to the install, Bob answered all questions, provided samples and offered a variety of examples of different house/roof combos so that I could find the color that worked best for me. When the install day came, Bob was there to manage/monitor the processes of prep, installation and cleanup (which was absolutely thorough)! And finally, while it may be a bit difficult to get excited about a roof, Bob even documented the before/during/after with aerial photos (the images) - a sort of souvenir reminder (lol). Bottom line, I am very pleased, and would recommend Ristow Builds without a moment's hesitation!
